Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address, your name if you provide it, and a securely hashed password (or an identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google). We store the items you save and, if you buy products, the order reference returned by the seller. We do not store payment card details; payments are processed by Apple, Google, or the seller's payment provider.

How we use it

To sign you in, sync your saved items between devices, manage your free trial or subscription, and send order confirmations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipts.

Shop orders

When you place an order, your name, email, shipping address and the items ordered are sent to Nature's Warehouse, the seller, so they can fulfil it. Their privacy policy applies to that order.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account in the app, or by following the steps on our account deletion page. Deletion removes your profile and saved items immediately; backups are purged within 30 days.
